Dr Chainarong Srimanta received a B.A. degree in Philosophy from the MCU,   M.A. and a Ph.D. in Philosophy From Delhi University and Panjab University, India. At present among his many roles he is a lecturer at Department of Religion and Philosophy, Bhurapha University (BUU). He is also a chairman of Postgraduate program committee in Philosophy at BUU. Apart from this, Dr Chainarong also involved in seminars as a speaker and moderator at national and international level. 

He wrote articles and research papers as: Thinking and Reasoning, Human condition in Jaspers’ Philosophy, Human nature in Hobbes’ Philosophy, Buddhism and Social Development.
